Bill Russell is a Performance Consultant and Raytheon Six Sigma Expert for Raytheon Professional Services, and works with companies around the world to help them improve performance and reduce costs. With special expertise in Lean Six Sigma, analytical analysis, organizational network analysis and breakthrough innovation techniques, Bill also provides instruction in the full range of improvement methodologies, including advanced analytics, change management, innovation and organizational design. He has also developed and delivered curriculum in the areas of data driven decision making, critical thinking, group collaboration and leading change.

Helping to establish Six Sigma programs in many leading companies, Bill has also pioneered new methods for turning data into information to help companies make more informed decisions.

Bill Russell earned his Bachelors in Engineering from Oregon State University, and Masters in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University.
