Mark Oliver is managing director of Raytheon Professional Services LLC (RPS) EMEA, a unit of Raytheon Company. As managing director for RPS EMEA, Mark has over 20-years Automotive Industry experience, he continues to expanded RPS’ business model beyond its automotive core to other industries, including defense and energy. His expertise in strategic planning, client focus and operational excellence has been instrumental in making RPS a top-tier training services and training outsourcing provider. Under his leadership, RPS EMEA has experienced double-digit growth and continuously strives to be the best training provider worldwide.

Mark began his career with the UK Ministry of Defense and after eight years moved into the commercial automotive sector. Mark joined Raytheon in 2000 and since then held various senior management positions, among them responsibility for the RPS UK & Ireland Cluster and later on RPS EMEA Country Operations.

Mark has a Higher National Certificate in Automotive Engineering & Management, is a member of the Institute of the Motor Industry and the Charted Institute of Personnel & Development.

He is a qualified Raytheon Six Sigma™ Specialist.
